Our Call Center is the first interaction our clients have with Home Pro of West MI, and we feel one of the most important positions in our company. You will represent Home Pro by talking to homeowners through inbound and outbound calls who would like to have the Design Consultant visit them to provide a quote for their project. We strive to deliver an exceptional experience to every homeowner from initial contact through the life of their project and every employee through personal and professional growth opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home Design Consultants.
  • Engage with customers who have requested more info on Home Pros products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home Design Consultants.
  • Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition.
  • Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression
