Kevin came to our home and gave us a very thorough explanation of what would be done for our bath remodel. He was very clear about what would be done and what we could expect as to the quality of the job and our satisfaction with the work of Bath Pro. He was very reassuring as to the workmanship of the installers and the materials to be used. It wasn't difficult to make our decision to have the work done by them.
