We have just begun the window installation process, but so far it has been a phenomenal experience. Kevin came to our home on a Saturday morning and explained the options clearly, and worked with us to balance our needs with our budget. We feel good about our decision to choose Home Pro!

Fantastic
Chad from Home Pro did an amazing job. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job doing our conversion from a tub to walk in shower. When he left the job site everything was as clean as it was when he arrived. He explained the cleaning and care to make our new shower look like new for a long time. What a great job and the whole Home Pro team was wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anybody. GREAT job. Randy

Professionalism at its best! From Michelle, our sales representative, to Payton our installer the entire progress was flawless. Both answered all our questions and had answers to questions we didn’t even knew had! The final result is a walk-in shower that more than beat out expectations. The progress went flawlessly and Payton was especially conscientious with the removal of our old tub and installing out our new walk in shower. We would highly recommend Home Pro for any project you might have. Thanks to both Michelle and Payton for their good work!

Main shower
We really love our new shower from Home Pro of West Michigan. We started with a representative ( Michelle) coming out, looking at what we needed, measuring everything then going over the process, options, financing and care of the bathroom and warranty. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ordering and install was just over a month close to two but we were told how long it would be. We were contacted and a date set for install. On the start day the installer came in, covered our floor from entrance to project to protect and keep everything clean. He took one day to remove the old shower and do what ever needed attention behind the old shower and placing reinforcements for the bar I wanted placed. Day two was the install. During this process Chad Mustain did a great job explaining what he was doing, asking where we wanted our shelves and bar placed and showing us the process. The end result was beautiful. We have another bath that we will definitely use Home pro again
